O-Ring Chain & X-Ring Chain for Motorcycle
Sealed motorcycle chains (O-Ring Chain & X-Ring Chain) can effectively keep the chains constantly bathed in lubricants, thus extending potential life time, compared to the easily oozed-out lubes in standard chains.
Hengjiu’s sealed motorcycle chains apply chromvanadizing technique on the pins for better resistance to wear. We also use concrete seamless bushes formed by cold extrusion technique with improved roundness. Highly adhesive lubricants are used to achieve race-level performance against wear, noise and heat, enabling chains for high-speed driving of over 250 km/h.
O-Ring chain is engineered to meet the strictest demands for service life on road or off road. It is characterized by an O-Ring which keeps the grease sealed so that the bush and pin are constantly lubricated. In this way, the chain log much more miles than the unsealed type. Our O-Ring chains are made of high alloy steel, solid roller and advanced sealing technique. Therefore, ours are lighter and more resistant to fatigue.

With an “X” resembled sealing ring, the X-Ring chain seals the lube inside the chain permanently, hence better resistance to wear. In addition to prolonged lifetime, X-Ring chain is quieter, smoother and more energy-efficient, compared to the traditional O-Ring chain.
X-Ring chains are designed for powerful motorcycles and wagon, especially when the condition requires optimum resistance to water, dirt and dust. The service life of X-Ring chains are expected to be 3-5 times longer than standard chains.
