Our solid bushing chains feature a seamless structure. Unlike the conventional split bushings, our solid bushing chains are composed of round-shaped bushings, leaving no gaps, providing maximum support and strength for your motorcycle.

The manufacturing process of the solid bushing chains.

Our solid bushing chains are manufactured using cold heading process, resulting in a seamless cylindrical shape. Compared to conventional split bushing chains, each component of our solid bushing chains is produced without gaps, with precision controlled up to 0.01mm and 0.02mm, resulting in a total pitch across every nine links strictly controlled within 0.15mm to 0.17mm. This ensures optimal engagement with the sprocket and reduces uneven load distribution, which provides a smoother driving experience. The high precision and seamless construction of our solid bushing chains increase wear resistance by 30% compared to traditional chains, which extends our chain lifespans.
