2Heat Treatment Workshop

Enables precise temperature control and uniform carburizing.
We conduct rigorous carbonitriding with mesh belt furnace and rotary hearth furnace to increase the wear characteristics and strength with lower temperature and little deformation.
3Assembly Workshop
Covering an area of 12,000m2, our assembly workshop is equipped with 20 sets of automated assembly and test machinery. With highly skilled personnel, over 800,000 chains can be produced monthly.

After the automated selection of key components, the chain manufacturing process moves to our automated assembly line, which is integrated with an automated visual inspection system to analyse and detect defects, ensuring 100% quality compliance of finished products before they are put into the market.
